Dual-shell architecture creates a static air pocket. The flame survives 40 km/h gusts at any approach angle.

02 HP Multi Jet Fusion

PA12 polyamide sintered at 0.08 mm layer resolution. Isotropic strength, matte texture, zero delamination.

03 Borosilicate glass

Ø 26 × 110 mm laboratory-grade tube, 2.8 mm wall. Heat-resistant, chemically inert, optically clear.

04 Patent filed

UIBM 2026. Geometry, dual-shell seal mechanism and assembly method protected as a unitary system.
